When Mom Requests a Cool Consort Nursery

This is how we do.

We pour lots of love into every design project, but it adds a special layer of excitement when we're tapped to create a space for our loved ones. When Mat & Brandon's friends Guerrin and Brett revealed they were expecting their fist baby, the happy announcement was accompanied by a big and exciting task: designing the perfect nursery for their bouncing baby boy, Buck.

When dreaming up the design scheme for Buck's room, we envisioned a comfy cozy nursery with a fresh tailored edge. To achieve this look, we contrasted some classic nursery hallmarks like dusty pastels, comfy fabrics, and animal whimsy with crisper accents, like bold pops of designer color and modern pieces of furniture with clean, classic lines.
