Built in the 30s by Nachman Kaplansky, this Antwerp home was born Bauhaus to the bone, but a renovation in the 60s botched its beauty. Enter architects B-architecten, who recently undertook the challenge of restoring the home's original grandeur, executing an extensive gut and rebuild. Using original photos and plans to reconstruct the home's history, B-architecten focused on replicating its original sense of scale and paying tribute to the home's 30s roots, with repeated circular themes, travertine, and terrazzo touches.
