Purchase of In Stock items must be retuned within 7 days from date of receipt for full refund, or 14 days from date of receipt for store credit. Please contact email@example.com to arrange your return. Upon receiving the returned item in like-new, unused, & uninstalled condition with all original packaging and materials, we will credit your original payment method for the full price of the item(s). Shipping fees paid by the customer are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returned items will apply if not initiated by customer.

It is unfortunate, but items can get damaged in shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of receipt to resolve the issue, at firstname.lastname@example.org. All items must be in original packaging for damages to be accepted. After 3 days, damaged returns will not be accepted. Please note that damaged shipment resolution is handled on a case by case basis to resolve as quickly as possible.
